Dear Cara Thank you so much for your help with buying my home. You made the process simple and easy for me and went out of your way to make my dream of being a homeowner come true. I appreciate your expertise and insight. I don’t think I could have done without you. Thank you
We utilised Cara to take our property from ex-rental, to makeover with intent to sell, as it was previously our family home. She managed the process for us, which was important as we do not have the time to do so. Overall, she is an agent who I felt comfortable "letting go" to do her thing, without the need for micro managing to to check in to make sure she is on target with the strategy or plan of attack. She delivered exactly as we hoped she would, would recommend and use again.
This was my first property purchase. They were happy to open up for us to get measurements for carpets and blinds during the process which we greatly appreciated. Great service. Thankyou
Cara is knowledgeable, knows the market conditions very well and trustable.

Cara from the word go was warm, honest and open! I liked her the moment she walked into our home. We sold my childhood home that was hard to let go but Cara made the entire process easy and pain free. I can’t completely put into words how amazing this woman is. I’m blown away by the outcome and will always seek her out when we need an agent again! Thank you a million times over Cara and your amazing team! It’s been quite a thrill to work with you!
We knew from the moment we sat down with Cara that we wanted her to sell our house and we didn’t bother contacting any of the other agents. We were delighted with the amazing result Cara secured for us with our recent sale. Cara’s attention to detail and high quality is what really gave me the assurance of how professional she is. The price we got has truly exceeded our expectations and the sale process was a dream. We could not recommend Cara highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property
