Very hands on and helpful team who made a daunting exercise as smooth as possible

I'd never sold an owner occupier property before, so the whole thing was pretty daunting before starting. Dealing with Carmen and especially Troy Darlington made the whole thing as painless as it could possibly be, dealing with bumps in the road in a reassuring way - I'm sure they've seen it all before! Total stress relief

Great Experience from Troy and the team.

We recently purchased our first home, Troy was the real estate agent for the property. We had nothing but a positive experience. From the first time we met him, he was polite, super approachable, he broke everything down for us and kept us informed every step of the way. Troy made the process a very enjoyable one. I would definiately reccomend. The team at Carmen Briggs were super helpful as well and were on top of everything very quickly. They even worked late to help us get a contract written up when we wanted to move quickly.
