This is the second time Carmen has sold a property for us. On both occasions we have been very impressed with Carmen's professional attitude, her empathy with her clients and the great out comes we have been able to achieve. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in the gap Carmen is definitely the number one agent to see.
Carmen was a pleasure to deal with. Straight talking, to the point and infinitely knowledgeable. Carmen had a clear strategy from the start and delivered on it at every step of the way. When we were negotiating with the buyer, Carmen showed integrity and patience. Ten out of ten for Carmen, Troy and the rest of her team.
Carmen and her team kept us in the loop every step of the way making the sale pretty easy
The process is smooth. The Harcourts team is really helpful and efficient.
Carmen saw immediately that 24 Bellerose St The Gap was suitable for me, and acted accordingly. The afternoon of the inspection Carmen rang me with an offer, which I received with excitement. Thanks to Carmen, I have the perfect home.
Carmen was a pleasure to work with in selling my home. Her advice on presentation and her organisation for advertising photos etc was excellent. I can not recommend her too highly
It's no secret that the current real estate market is HOT! Add in trying to purchase a home in Brisbane (due to relocating) when you currently live interstate and cannot do it in person, and well....it could've been a nightmare. Enter Carmen Briggs real estate and particularly the delightful Troy Darlington, who helped us navigate the process in such a way as to reduce the level of anxiety I was particularly feeling. We couldn't recommend Carmen Briggs highly enough.
Having sold with Carmen a number of times previously and being very pleased with the communication, result and handover I was interested to be the purchaser.Carmen as usual went above and beyond during the process and is a stand out agent at any time, but especially during this current selling season where many agents are only playing the numbers.Carmen seeks to achieve balance for both the buyer and seller. Thank you Carmen once again.
Although I had very little interaction with Carmen, Helga was brilliant and her communication was 2nd to none. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond for us.
Carmen is so professional and efficient while also being so helpful, friendly and lovely to work with. Highly recommend Carmen and Harcourt Solutions at The Gap.
