Carmen is a true professional who has incredible knowledge of the industry. From the get go, Carmen listened carefully, and provided us with the information and support we required, to make the big decisions required. Carmen is warm and friendly, along with a professionalism I've not seen before! I can recommend Carmen to any future clients without any reservations!
Carmen was the agent when I bought my house, and has acted again for me in the sale. Carmen is outstanding. Her knowledge of and enthusiasm for The Gap housing market are second to none, but this is only part of what makes her so special. Carmen enters into every aspect of the selling process, from sourcing professionals during preparation of the home, through the negotiation and up to the final moment of settlement, and her attention to detail at every stage is flawless. I was overseas when she set up and handled my sale; any potential problem along the way was averted, she communicated with me on a daily basis, & the house was ready & beautifully presented for the market in a very short time. And then, the icing on the cake: in a matter of days, Carmen found the perfect buyers for my home through her extensive database and local knowledge. I cannot speak too highly of the professional & personal service I have had from Carmen; she turned what could have been a fraught process into an experience that was smooth, untroubled and actually pleasurable. Thank you Carmen, I am so grateful to you fit everything!
Very happy with our outcome with Carmen. Always felt in the loop with everything. Very transparent - didn't over-promise just to get us to list with her. Extremely helpful and available - we felt she went over and above her responsibilities as our agent. Would highly recommend Carmen as an agent in our area (The Gap) - her knowledge of The Gap is second-to-none.
Carmen and her team have proven to be nothing short of exceptional in their role as our agents. Carmen is extremely knowledgeable in her field and comes with a wealth of valuable experience and expertise. We found Carmen’s calm nature so reassuring during a time that can be traditionally quite stressful. It was very easy to feel supported and trusting that you had placed the sale of a very valuable asset in capable and caring hands. Carmen went well and truly beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations of an agent. She worked tirelessly and always had a smile on her face offering words of positivity and encouragement. With years of experience in the industry, also comes valuable contacts in related fields. The referrals Carmen provided similarly offered a very high level of service with integrity. Having communicated with Carmen previously as a potential buyer, we knew she would handle our potential buyers similarly, with a warmth and respect that comes with a high level of emotional intelligence. Naturally, this entire package resulted in a swift sale. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for Carmen and her team at Harcourts. Thank you.
We have purchased an apartment as our downsizing plan. Carmen was instrumental in organising inspections which suited us, she handled negotiations with the owners and provided very timely professional assistance. We have no hesitation in recommending her to prospective buyers or vendors.
Since the beginning of this emotional journey, Carmen and her team have demonstrated true professionalism and shown understanding and compassion. From our initial meeting, we found Carmen had a thorough knowledge of the area and she gained our full confidence by detailing the best sale's method for our property. Her communication skills were outstanding throughout the entire campaign. Every step of the way was fully explained and her advice at decision-making times was invaluable. We have appreciated the personal attention shown to us and the final result has given us great satisfaction in knowing that our much beloved home will be enjoyed by a new family. Thank you Carmen.
Carmen and the Harcourts team were highly professional. They exceeded my expectation in terms of assisting us to prepare our property for the market - advice on presentation, timing, assistance with arranging contractors e.g. gardeners, cleaners, stylists etc etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, feedback was excellent. Timely and clear. Carmen is an excellent communicator.
Being an older person, I appreciated Carmen’s gentle and genuine nature making the sale of my property an easy process. She took the time to ensure I understood each step of the way. I felt I was in the hands of a true professional. Thank you to the wonderful team of people behind the scenes at Harcourts who also assisted me through to settlement, and were only to willing to answer any questions I had.
Carmen made us feel at ease immediately with the process. She was warm, very genuine and kept us fully informed throughout. She made us feel like we were a priority. I could not recommend her professionalism and kind attention more highly.
It is not difficult to see why Carmen wins so many awards for her work in the real estate industry. It was a pleasure working with her to sell our house and buy our next property. Her enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism could not be faulted, and her team also provided an excellent service. We are lucky to have her in our community.
