Selling was strait forward for us as property empty, Carol provided leads for staging and gardening by ‘Jason Rose’ who was excellent and now tending to our new home. Carol sorted minor carpentry at settlement and during the pre sale stage kept it simple with clear instruction from the administration team. Carol ran about half a dozen home open and had knowledge of the potential buyers viewing and reported this back, we felt the whole process was pretty casual & stress free from start to finish.
What can we say from start to finish Carole was amazing she went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it , from the photographer to the final inspection, brilliant !! the photos were top class and carol was a great agent , we immediately had trust in her and knew she was the best agent for the job
