I changed agents and went with Dan Maccora with no initial reason other than that he was local. From the first meet his communication and availability at any time was second to none. He went out of his way to provide me with anything needed and went beyond on a number of occasions which I had never experienced with an agent before. Being involved in the industry with property I have now found an agent that I will use for all future projects/properties. I have also highly recommended Dan to other friends/contacts on any of their own potential property sales/purchases in the future. A great agent and a better person!
