Carole is the gold plus standard of Real Estate agents. She works extremely hard for her clients whilst making it seem effortless. Her fun nature makes a stressful transaction so much easier and her professionalism is second to none. We would recommend her over and over again.
We found Carole to be refreshingly honest and very knowledgeable about market trends. She kept us informed through the whole selling process and answered all our questions with expertise and professionalism. From the moment we made contact with Carole, I knew she was the Agent for us. While other Agents were bragging about how much they could get for the property we were selling, Carole told it like is was. It needed some work done before it could go to market, or we would miss out on a great sale price. Carole was with us through the whole process with advice on what did and did not need to be done. The end result, a great price and sold in 4 days! We couldn't be happier.
