Carole is one exceptional professional. I had been looking in the area for several weeks and had done my own research. Carole's market knowledge was thorough and genuine. She was also very friendly, polite and showed a confidence in her approach that was very experienced. She was also able to answer my questions about local features and general area information. I found this useful as I had not lived in the northern suburbs at all. I would recommend Carole to anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent.

Carole made buying our new home seamless and easy. She kept in contact throughout the whole process and even after we had moved in to make sure all was on track. Carole’s professionalism, knowledge of the area, warmth and sense of humour made her a delight to work with. We would highly recommend Carole and her team.

Carole has such a great insight into the property market and knows exactly how to market your property to its best advantage. She is very diligent and caring, always making her clients feel that they are important and that their wishes are taken into account. We couldn't recommend Carole enough to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Carole was warm, welcoming and made the whole process of our first-home-buy an absolute dream. Highly recommend!

Thanks again Carole and E-View for a painless experience. Carole has looked after us, our family and friends on a number of projects and the level of attention and professionalism is above and beyond. We would recommend Carole always, she will be looking after future dealings for us. Regards, Duncan and Sharon Bradshaw

We could not be more pleased allowing Carole to offer up our house for sale. She takes every detail into account when discussing the sale and is very helpful with all the paperwork involved especially for us old folks. We found her to be very Professional and easy to communicate with. She had a sale for us in less than a month of putting our house of 32 years on the market. We can highly recommend Carole to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Carole is an agent with integrity! She is highly professional, while still managing to exude a natural warmth, empathy with buyers and sellers alike and a friendly ‘can do’ manner. She is easy to relate to, has a great sense of humour and ‘says it like it is’. All of these qualities, along with an excellent knowledge of the market and process made her the perfect choice for our property. Her belief in our much loved home and it’s worth meant that she worked hard to achieve the best price possible, with full respect and collaboration with us as sellers and for the buyers alike. In the end Carole has managed to sell our house to buyers who love the trees, garden and qualities in our property that we also love, and that makes it just that little bit easier to leave the very special home we created over the past 25 years

Carole has been fantastic from start to finish and has been available and approachable at every turn. We had a juggling act on our hands with selling and buying at the same time and Carole was there with open communication and direction to help us navigate this busy time. Thank you and well done Carole. Paul and Julie.

Carole was very friendly and welcoming at the home open. Very quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had. Loved dealing with her and so happy with my new home.

As a buyer of a property that Carole had for sale she was very helpful with the difficult times we had due to the Covid and the banks and with the sale of our property the transaction was smooth and we were kept well informed throughout the prosses

From viewing the house at a home open, Carole was very informative and was able to answer all our questions promtly. Carol was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable with viewing the house. It was a pleasure working with Carole and her team and would highly recommend them.
