Ahmad is passionate, knows the market extremely well, and was able to quickly understand our requirements. He listens well, which I feel is a rare skill in the industry. He recommended specific properties for us to look at, knowing what would be suitable, and he found us our future dream home off market. We interviewed four agents based on results from LocalAgentFinder.com. They mostly presented similar plans for selling the property and were realistic about the likely value of the property (consistent amongst all four). Ahmad stood as being more enthusiastic about the process, supported by ideas (e.g. Social Media engagment), that made him stand out from the rest. Once selected, Ahmad ably supported by William; kept us regularly informed of progress throughout the process leading to Auction. With weekly indepth reports and more regular briefings in between. Most of the Open for Inspections were very well attended (weekdays close to 10 & Saturdays often over 20). Come Auction day, we had 6 registered bidders and in addition many more attendies (neighbours etc) all enjoying a Barista coffee before the Auction commenced. It was a great result for us, well above reserve. I heartly recommend Ahmad to any considering selling their property.
