While these involved more expense, Ahmad suggested that these would result in a higher selling price, and the extra costs will be more than recovered. The final selling price was above expectations, and thus Ahmad's suggestion more than paid off. Overall, a very professional approach with his experience helping me sell the property which had many aspects that could have hindered the selling of the property.
