Absolute Dedication

We were thoroughly impressed with Ahmad Basam and his wonderful dedication. As an older Australian moving into a retirement village and a son helping her do so, we faced unusual challenges in our selling odyssey. But Ahmad was there at every step of the way - to hold our hand and guide us through what can at times be an emotional and stressful journey. Both in terms of the bigger picture for a retiree and the nuts and bolts from a son's point of view, Ahmad blew us away with his professionalism and energy. Young and hungry yet wise beyond his years, Ahmad is at the bleeding edge of Sydney real estate, working with an amazing team and adding value to all he touches. He provided both detailed reports and courteous face-to-face meetings that an older person can appreciate, while at the same time helping her son navigate the myriad technical difficulties in a timely manner - always giving spot-on advice, advice that took the stress out of decision-making. Most impressively, he always took/responded to calls immediately - no matter how busy. He was more like a friend or relative than an impersonal broker, and an immense degree of trust was built up within an incredibly short period of time. Finally though, the proof is in the pudding: by making endless cold calls and proactively seeking buyers, he was able to go from nothing to sale within just a little over a month - and garner us a price that will ensure both a secure future for a mother and peace of mind for her son.
