From the get go Aimee stood out amongst the other agents we spoke to when we initially wen to put our house on the market. With local knowledge and skills in her field we decided quite quickly that Aimee would be our agent. Our sale was a separation settlement and Aimee handled this so well, having to communicate to 2 people with every update day in day out. Aimee is a down to earth agent unlike most others she keeps it real which is refreshing. From start to finish she communicated every update and went beyond her means to ensure we knew what was going on. We had a difficult first offer/buyer which ended up falling through but Aimee did her best to make things happen and reassure us, whilst that fell through we ended up with another buyer which ended up a higher offer.
