Dane sold our property within a few hours of listing it for fair/ realistic asking price. There were several interested buyers and it was taken sight unseen before close of business on day 1, with an inspection by iPhone a few days later. The whole process was very quick and relatively easy. We encountered a few communication issues between broker/ solicitor/ agents/ bank and could have had more contact from his office about the process overall but hope to settle in a few days time (albeit a tad later than planned). Dane is extremely busy with so many listings but managed a very fast sale, which is the ultimate goal for any seller. He is very polished and gives you straight answers. Dane is very knowledgeable about the local market and is familiar with thousands of properties in the area.
