Dane sold our property within a few hours of listing it for fair/ realistic asking price. There were several interested buyers and it was taken sight unseen before close of business on day 1, with an inspection by iPhone a few days later. The whole process was very quick and relatively easy. We encountered a few communication issues between broker/ solicitor/ agents/ bank and could have had more contact from his office about the process overall but hope to settle in a few days time (albeit a tad later than planned). Dane is extremely busy with so many listings but managed a very fast sale, which is the ultimate goal for any seller. He is very polished and gives you straight answers.
