we were really happy with Dane would recommend him to my friends for sure

Dane was a pleasure to deal with. He provided great advice and ensured a seamless purchasing experience. Dane and his team accommodated our out of hours inspection times and discussions with no fuss. He gained our respect immediately and so we would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Dane was extremely efficient with excellent communication throughout the whole sale process. He certainly has vast knowledge of the area and a large database of potential purchasers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

As purchasers, we found Dane to be helpful, accessible and professional. He has interpersonal skills that impress such that you are confident and assured about the contract into which you are entering.

Dane was an outstanding agent, helpful and trust worthy. The service was exceptional pre and post purchase process. We were provided with all the information we needed to ensure the whole purchase process was stress-free. The professionalism goes all the way down to his team. We had a pleasure to meet with other members of the team at PRDnationwide and they were highly trained, friendly and accommodating. With thanks, Minda & Andrew

Pleasure dealing with Dane, always returned calls and always kept me in the loop, very professional

Dane works diligently to achieve vendors price goal with potential purchasers. Great effort displayed in achieving recent sale in a three week period.

Dane sold our property within a few hours of listing it for fair/ realistic asking price. There were several interested buyers and it was taken sight unseen before close of business on day 1, with an inspection by iPhone a few days later. The whole process was very quick and relatively easy. We encountered a few communication issues between broker/ solicitor/ agents/ bank and could have had more contact from his office about the process overall but hope to settle in a few days time (albeit a tad later than planned). Dane is extremely busy with so many listings but managed a very fast sale, which is the ultimate goal for any seller. He is very polished and gives you straight answers. Dane is very knowledgeable about the local market and is familiar with thousands of properties in the area.

Great to have house sold. Can move on and plan for the future. Great house, but because of slope of land, had a small group of buyers who would buy.

We found Dane very pleasant and polite. He always got back to you when he said he would. A very professional young man.

Dane was pro-active in our search for a new home. He knew exactly what we were looking for and found us a great match. We have been more than happy with the process after our offer was accepted. We have always been kept in the loop as to the progress of our purchase.

We have dealt with Dane and his team 3 times now, on all of the occasions they have been very professional and caring at all times. Would recommend Dane at the highest level.
