We were about to exchange contracts at a price we were very happy with but Dane felt he had interest from another buyer. He asked permission to pursue that lead and through negotiations well into Friday night he secured us an extra $100,000. Sensational! He could well have put all that off until the Monday but that is the kind of dedicated agent he is. Full marks!
