Dane and his professional sales team left no stones unturned to find a buyer for my unit I was kept updated throughout the whole process every team member played a part.Very impressive Dane is not only a PRD sales professional he is also a wonderful family man

Thank you Dane for your hard work, professionalism and communication through this selling process. We felt comfortable in your guidance…everyone can sail with the wind but the strength of a true agent came through when we felt the wind direction changing all the time during this campaign and your true ability as an agent shown through! Sincere thanks!!

Dane has extensive market knowledge, combined with friendly professionalism, always prompt and clear communication, but above all he is passionate about real estate sales. If you want the best result, you must talk to Dane and team.

Great negotiation skills, communication, availability and market knowledge.

I rarely write a review, but this one has to be done. Dane has never given up on the sale of our property, in a changing market and with other waterfront properties selling below market value through his competitors, not only did Dane help us as a project manager while I was not able to be there to help get the property ready for sale, he stepped in and managed gardening, landscaping, painting and a lot of the time he came after hours to help himself. After getting to know Dane personally I quickly realised that he is not driven by the commission he is a genuine person that loves competition and no matter how hard the challenge is he will step up to get the best result for his client. I can not thank Dane enough and I highly recommend his services.

Dane is very knowledgable with the market and he and his team really looked after us.

I would like to thank Dane and his team on achieving a fantastic result on the sale of my home, I can recommend him highly to anyone wanting to list their home with PRD

Great local knowledge. Understands the market and professionalism is remarkable.

We would highly recommend Dane Queenan as a real estate agent. The process of listing and selling our property was professional and efficient with regular and prompt communication. Dane negotiated a great result for us including favourable conditions on our sale.

Confident, clear and concise, it's no-wonder Dane is the top agent in N.Bay and surrounding areas. He's across his brief, personable and is able to deliver results in an industry that's often plagued with drama. Cheers for the pleasant experience in selling our penthouse Dane.

PRD, Dane, Erin, Tristan and the Team. All involved in the preparation and sale of my parent's home, I thank you all. Professionalism, knowledge and support given to me was exceptional. It was an emotional experience for me and not only did Dane sell the home but supported me through the journey.

Dane went above and beyond with the sale of our parcel of land and never gave up on getting us a great result despite the market cooling down a bit. Thank you again Dane!
