Thank you Dane Queenan for your professional service and fast follow up as well as the terrific PRD team support. We are so happy with our new purchase and look forward to enjoying the property at Nelson Bay. We would not hesitate to recommend Dane and PRD anytime in the future.

Dane's appraisal of our property was what we were hoping for and he had excellent knowledge of the local property market. The selling price was above our expectations! We were impressed with Dane as there was no pressure and his communication was always professional.

Danes experience, professionalism and straight talking allowed us to feel comfortable in the purchase of the property and his accessibility and prompt close out of post sale information has been fantastic!!

Dane was very helpful his knowledge of property value was very high. We could not ask for better people than Dane and his crew at PRD we would advise anyone selling to go with them

Dane is very knowledgeable and comfortable in all aspects of his job of which shows in his dealing with his clients.

We researched the agents in the area and chose Dane for his outstanding sales and his approach to getting the best possible result. Once we made the decision to go with Dane and PRD we backed him to make all the decisions, such as marketing, timing of the auction… and what a result! He works very hard, has a clear strategy and it is obvious why he is so successful.

We purchased a property from Dane in 2015 and were so happy with our purchase that we had no hesitation then later selling with him. We appreciated how Dane had all our previous details and communicated well while we were tryi g to sell the property from Sydney.

We can highly recommend Dane and the team at PRD to sell your property. Their service was five star, questions queries were always answered very promptly and we had full confidence that we got a great sale price. The team were amazingly efficient. After meeting Dane just to discuss a sale strategy, within 24 hours the photographer had been around and the property was in the market with inspections the next day. Definitely worth a chat if your thinking of selling.
