We decided to go with Dane at PRD because of his recent sales in the area and his client list of people who've missed out on buying . Dane was positive and helpful throughout the whole experience, always on the end of the phone if we needed him. We found all the staff at PRD Port Stephens courteous and respectful. We would have no problem in recommending Dane as your real estate agent .

We met Dane approximately 12 years ago and have followed and watched his success grow and grow over the years and so when it became time for us to sell there was only one agent for us .From the time we contacted Dane his help and knowledge was immeasurable in regards to how to sell, present and his local knowledge and this was reflected in the timing and sale price of our property. We throughly recommend him and his staff at the PRD office to anybody considering selling or buying in the Port Stephens area

Very energetic, responsive, professional, working hard to get the best deal for his client

Dane is the ultimate professional. Great market understanding, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend

Dane has communicated with us on regular basis and has addressed our inquires. Very pleasant person to deal with and was courteous during his conversation with us. No hesitation to recommend him.

Dane, you did it again! Every dealing (buying and now selling) we had with Dane and his team is of the highest quality. Timely and honest communication. His team are dedicated to getting the best price. Thank you for such an amazing result!

Many people told us that anyone could sell our home in the current market but we went with Dane at PRD Port Stephens because of his recent sales in the area and his client list of people who've missed out on buying . Dane was positive and reassuring to deal with on a personal level . I have no hesitation in recommending him as your real estate agent .

Quality service, from both Erin and Dane, both were very friendly and professional in there approach to helping us get our home. Thankyou you so much.

Listed & sold prior to auction, all within 14 days - great result, exceptional team of agents.

Having spent some time looking to purchase in the area, we were fortunate enough to come across Dane at some of the show houses. It was immediately apparent as to why he is so highly rated, being professional, a great communicator, a pleasure to do business with and we were extremely happy with our purchase. I would also like to add that all those in PRD we came across, be they in the back office or manning show houses were extremely presentable, helpful, and friendly, and I would not think twice in selecting them should we sell sometime in the future.

Dane made such a positive impression on us four years ago when we were buying our home, so we knew we needed to get back in touch when it was time to sell. Dane has extensive knowledge of the Port Stephens market and that gave us the confidence to be led by him throughout our campaign. Dane achieved a fantastic result for us, and the street record. Happy as!
