I contacted Dave & liked the fact that I could speak directly to him at any time of any day, & not have to go through office staff like some other agencies .My investment property for sale, was outside the box in terms of its offerings & so its appeal was to a narrower group of potential buyers. Dave offered a professional approach, from the back lit advertising board, layout, selective text & the way he set up the open house days,(we received an offer on the second one ) Although there were a few hiccups between the offer & the eventual sale , Dave always kept me up to date, even if there hadn t been any changes ,this approach was comforting, as it can be a very stressful period.
