He had done a wonderful job he took care of everything I didn't have to do a thing he was in contact with me through each step. Our house sold in 2 week it was amazing. I have bought and sold many times over the years and never before have I had an agent that worked as hard as Dave did to sell my house. It was a tough sell in a tough market (the market dropped $40,000 in a matter of months) , but Dave got it sold at a price that we were happy with given the state of the market.
