This is the fourth house that David Hams has sold for us and once again we have been very pleased with the service he has provided. He was extremely thorough with vetting offers made and kept us in the loop at all times. Very honest, professional and no nonsense about him, but also very easy to deal with. He has excellent knowledge of the current property market.

David guided us through every stage of selling our property, he gave us sound advice and demonstrated his thorough knowledge of how to market the property to ensure it received the most interest and ultimately the best sale price. We would recommend David as a real estate agent based on our very positive experience.

David was well prepared with information to help us through the journey of selling our property and was honest with all aspects of the process.david did not exagerate and it was refreshing to be able to talk straight to the point

David went over and above to help me through a difficult time and the need to sell my property. He organised gardens furniture and kept me informed every step. The team at the Seaford office are just wonderful. Highly recommended 🤗

David Ham’s is the perfect real estate agent. He goes above and beyond to help. Always updating you as things progress. Could not recommend highly enough.

From the first contact with David we felt very comfortable to use him to sell our house. His knowledge of the industry and the professional manner in which he presented it to us. David went above and beyond in helping us prepare our house to put on the market and also gave us some great tips on how to present our house. The end result and the selling price was above our expectations because of this. If you are thinking of selling your house we highly recommend David Hams.

David is very knowledgeable and offers plenty of helpful suggestions to present your home to it's best advantage for sale. We would recommend David to anyone looking to sell their home.

David was extremely professional and honest throughout the entire process. He guided us through exactly what needed to be done. I was based in a different state to the house we were selling but David constantly kept us well informed on what was going on with the house the entire time. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough

My wife and I have found David Hams a pleasant and efficient person to deal with he did excellent job keeping us updated throughout the sale would highly recommend him as an agent for future sales professional in all aspects thanks very much David Pete and Di

David is consistent, honest and follows through with his word. He got us a very favourable result and met our needs. Very to the point, doesn't beat around the bush, but yet friendly. This is not the first time we have dealt with him, and will not be the last! Thanks, David

If there was a minus score I would give it to this agent. Once the contract was signed (unconditional) it was the most contentious 4 months of my life. What should have been a straight forward sale of my 10 acres, was made difficult and unpleasant!!! Magain.....never again!

David was a pleasure to work with. Very honest, gave great advice & knows the market so very well. Such a professional who made me feel very comfortable and got a great selling price well above market price. Have sold with Magain twice now & won’t hesitate to use them again. A special mention to Nicole in the Seaford office who was wonderful as well through the whole process!
