David sold our investment property for us, October 2022. It was a property with a few quirks that David tirelessly & honestly worked with & around. We live interstate and the communication was brilliant!! We were constantly kept in the loop, with out being overwhelmed with information. David co-ordinated staging & gardening effortlessly, which I'm absolutely sure got us over the line with the sale. The results had us over the moon! 10/10 recommend THIS GUY!!

We chose David Hams as he knows the local area and was recommended by quite a few people in Mount Compass. He is friendly, honest and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks David for making the process seamless and stress free.

David provided us with up to date comps so that we knew where our property sat in the market. David was supportive when it came to staging our home and engaged fantastic photographers and videographers who presented the house amazingly. The sale process waa conducted with ease and confidence with David guiding us along the way. We would thoroughly recommend David and his team to anyone wanting a successful and seamless sale of their property.

This is the second home David has sold for us within a year and each time was handled very professionally and efficiently. Everything from all the paperwork with any questions to settlement, communication was seamless in all areas of the sale by the Magain team. A great hands on professional that takes pride in every aspect of his work. Very happy with the results from both properties. Highly recommend David to anyone looking for an outstanding agent.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, approachable and understanding.

David has now sold 3 of our properties, he is honest, reliable, and contactable, he has always given us sound advice on the best outcome for us, and has never once tried to convince us to spend more money than we intend to, to present our house for sale. I would recommend David to anyone wishing to deal with a true professional in realestate.
