We were fortunate to come across David through our love of golf. David's real estate ad meets and greets the hackers that choose to make there way to the 1st Tee at Willunga Golf Course for approx. 4 hours of joy or frustration. And having spoken to some fellow duffers, that either knew David professionally or have sold their own property through him, it was decided to give him a go. Right from the first meeting with David, we felt confident in the decision that we had made and have been extremely happy with the whole process that we needed to go through. Our situation was quite different from most, as we had 2 properties to sell, which could be considered to be at either end of the property spectrum. This in turn lead to the property being sold very quickly and for a price that we were extremely happy with. The presentation of our family home was paramount to ensure a successful and timely sale. David accompanied the photographers on both occasions to ensure that the property was presented in the utmost condition, for maximum exposure. Again through the whole process, David maintained an excellent level of communication we us, which was made challenging because we were overseas at the time. At all stages through the property selling process, David has advised, guided, and help us navigate through what could have been a highly intensive and stressful period.
