We put our total trust in David because of his knowledge and experience and we were not disappointed. David was genuine honest and a gentlemen. He made the whole process easy for us. Have recommended him to friends and they are just as happy with his service as we were.

I found David to be very good at keeping in touch about market trends and potential customers, which 'gave me confidence the house sale was in good hands. His access to very good tradesmen to prepare the house was beneficial, and the result was excellent. I would happily endorse David Hams as the "go to " real estate agent for this area.

lived up to his word in every way and the end result was a good outcome.

Highly recommend David. Professional, hardworking, honest, and knowledgeable. David made the whole process a breeze. Property sold very quickly and exceeded our expectations. Thank you David.

David did an excellent job of selling my mothers property. It was sold in 4 days, a no fuss sale. David kept me regularly informed on the progress of the sale. I highly reccommend him.

David made this process so easy and quick. Nothing was too hard, he followed through on everything he promised. Property sold in 1 1/2 weeks from discussions for more that anticipated. We both had the same expectations going into it, and working together made for a quick sale. I could not praise David any higher, I would highly recommend him to anyone selling a property in the area. Thank you again David and staff it was a pleasure.

David was right on point with not only the market in our immediate area but exactly where we fitted in to it, particularly with how our house priced against others. He was always available, offered great, simple advice and seemed to have our best interests genuinely at heart. Not only that, he seems like a nice bloke. Thanks heaps for all your help.

David was Recommended by our friends and upon meeting with him we were immediately reassured we had made the right decision. From that first meeting we felt very confident in our plans to sell our property. David guided and calmed us during what to us was a very stressful time, the strategy he chose to sell our property was outlined in a detailed market review and valuation, backed up by relevant data and eventually saw us receive top market value. His communication skills are excellent and he made himself available 24/7. David also accompanied photographers and indicated the most marketable photo shots to present our property. David’s ‘meet and greet’ system reassured our needs on security matters. David’s knowledge, professionalism, personal appearance and honesty are outstanding. If you have the need to sell your property David Hams is the man for you!!!

David’s couples intelligent strategies coupled with a strong work ethic and all round natural talent, make him a highly effective agent. For buyers and sellers, these are infrequent but important transactions so dealing with the right person and agency is crucial. I’ve dealt with many in the past but there will only be one in the future.

From the first meeting to the end David was very professional and easy to deal with. His communication was brilliant and we knew exactly what was going on at all times. He worked very hard to get the best price possible and had great knowledge and experience to back any decision made. We would not hesitate to recommend David to family and friends and be happy to engage him again for any other properties we have in the future.

David was able to quickly provide a clear understanding and knowledge of the marketing area for our property and location. Then provide us the best marketing strategy to meet our needs.

David was simply fantastic. Professional, practical and always cut right to the chase.
