We had decided to downsize but preferred to remain in Mt. Waverley. Alaine noticed our attendance on Saturdays and soon we commenced receiving details of recent sales and other helpful information. Numerous other Agents kept handing-out their business cards, but none showed the same interest, nor follow up - as judged necessary by us. We ended up acquiring a townhouse property thanks largely to him.
