We had decided to downsize but preferred to remain in Mt. Waverley. Alaine noticed our attendance on Saturdays and soon we commenced receiving details of recent sales and other helpful information. On Auction day Alaine arrived early to sooth us and to explain our role in the day's procedure. He made it hassle-free for us. Indeed there was no tension throughout the entire month leading up to the sale. Costa conducted the auction brilliantly; we could not have asked for more. His style is highly commendable.
