We engaged Alan to sell my mother's house, in short we had unforseen complications and Alan stepped up numerous times to help my mother. I cannot recommend someone higher than Alan to ensure your integrity and honesty during the house sale is maintained not to mention assisting my mum with documentation, banking and general help to ensure a smooth process and sale.
