Alan was very professional from the beginning to the end. The property sold for the price right in the middle of his valuation range. An offer was received at the first home open and a second one which I accepted at the second home open. The photographer he chose was exceptional and subsequently the photo for sale board out the front really showed the house to its best advantage. This was important as it was at the rear of the block.
