When we wanted to put an offer in on the property we had an open and honest discussion with Alan. Alan told us what the property prices for the particular area were fetching, what the seller's price expectation was and then took into consideration our own valuation. The process took us to the offer price and this was subsequently accepted by the seller. Alan also advised us about getting the right settlement agency and removalist. The whole process was made as stressless as moving house can be.

Alan was very professional from the beginning to the end. The property sold for the price right in the middle of his valuation range. An offer was received at the first home open and a second one which I accepted at the second home open. The photographer he chose was exceptional and subsequently the photo for sale board out the front really showed the house to its best advantage. This was important as it was at the rear of the block. This was my 4th property purchase/sale with Alan and would not use any one else. Would definitely recommend him.
