I was in a difficult situation, needing to sell a deceased estate interstate and Alan and his team were willing to support and accommodate my times and needs all the way. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with our dealings with Alan. He was friendly during the initial period of interest on the property but once we were in the finance period of our contract we found him to be intimidating and unprofessional in his approach. As soon as finance was approved we then never heard from him again! Any contact made from there was all through his office including all appointments at the house. It’s a shame as it definitely dulled some of the excitement of buying a new house.
