Dear Alan and Ray White Marsden, I'm super unimpressed with your so called ronound 'professional reputation'. As a single parent, stretching myself to get in the housing market and looking for the added benefits of things like solar power and water tanks to help ease some of the quarterly bill pressures, I thought I was on a winner here and signed the dotted line in a multi-offer situation with a $10,000 deposit as part of the contract term's requested.. I "felt" comfort in my offer, that was until I realised it was all FALSE ADVERTISING. The solar power and water tank were major selling points for me, added dollars in my purchased here in Yarrabilba, hence as recommend to "put my best offer forward" in this hot competive market, I did, and succeeded... then to learn once unconditional what was advertised wasn't all included (as per your online advertising). Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! What a total disappointment.... Your happy to take the commission payable, copy and paste advert descriptions (even when being told by owners pre offer to amend, you didn't)... this is your greedy fault and nobody else's. I couldn't cancel the contract without loosing the $10,000 deposit and my only chance to have a house for me and my 2 young children. Very unprofessional and unacceptable... BUYERS BEWARE!!!
