Alan was very helpful in helping myself and my daughter buy a house in Yarrabilba. He didn't give up when things didn't work the first time he kept looking and keeping us up to date with things and when he found a house he rang us and gave us all the details about the house in a very positive and polite manner. Alan was very good at explaining all paperwork and helping us through it when we didn't understand anything.
