Easy and straight forward

This was my first time selling a property and I didn't know much about the process, but Alan explained and made the process short and simple. Alan was open, honest, and accurate with the information he gave me. Alan achieved a great sale price for my small house on a small block - many tens of thousands of dollars above the advertised price, which was many tens of thousands of dollars above the price I thought I would be lucky to get, and in a very short space of time. Alan and his assistant Lucy were always very helpful and friendly and very prompt at answering questions and returning phone calls, emails and texts. I would recommend Alan and his team to anyone and everyone. I think it would be difficult to find this level of service elsewhere.
