Alan helped the reviewer buy this property

Poor communication

I went through a buyer’s agent, but Harcourts agent Alan Kuss did not put in enough effort to help us obtain the house warranty documents or any other important paperwork. He received a good commission, and although the asking price was $800,000, we paid above that amount to secure the deal. I have been asking for the documents because the house is only one year old and should still be under warranty. How can I give a good rating when these documents have still not been provided? I believe it is the agent’s responsibility to assist with this.
