Individual properties aside, I have achieved notable success in marketing developments, including site acquisitions such as the “Bondi Beach Diggers Club $55m, 147-apartment ‘Green Square Oasis’; ‘Madison Apartments’, ‘Victoria Estate’ at Bondi Beach; ‘Lexington Estate’ in Queens Park ‘Opus One Apartments’ in Bondi Junction, and Queens Park Terraces in Queens Park – a total of more than $100m in sales.
More recent site acquisitions include 26-32 Spring St and 103-107 Oxford St Bondi Junction; 5-7 Waverley Crescent Bondi Junction; 9-13 Alberta St Sydney; and Balina “Sovereign Gardens”, a 43 Hectares DA 300 retirement village. These total more than $40 million.
