Honest, reliable and great communicator.

Great communicator, efficient and very responsive

We had a really positive experience working with David during the sale of my dad’s property in a retirement village. He was incredibly efficient and kept the process moving smoothly from start to finish. Communication was a real standout, he followed up regularly and made sure we were always kept in the loop with updates from the buyer. Selling a property in this setting can be a bit more complex, but he handled everything with professionalism, liasing with the Village manager. We always felt informed and supported, which made the process much easier to manage. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive real estate agent.

Detailed, pro-active and excellent communicator

We chose David to sell our property because, when making our initial enquiries, he stood out when it came to detail and professionalism. We’d never sold a home before and David was always happy to break things down for us so we understood the process. He respected our needs, and worked out a sales plan that suited us. David was always on his toes, oversaw and organised our tenants fantastically, and promptly kept us in the loop throughout the sale process. We highly recommend David and he’ll be the first person we contact for future sales.
