I made the decision to sell my unit in a down market, and I consider myself lucky that I engaged Alan to sell my property. He devised a clear marketing campaign highlighting who the buyers are that we would target, the strategy to get buyers interested in my property when there were many others available, and what price range would be a realistic expectation. I engaged Alan to sell two properties in Brisbane over the last several months.
