I had my apartment on the market with not 1 but 2 different agents for almost a year. I kept hearing that the “timing is not right” and “the market is depressed” and I must be patient. Alan is a very hard working, honest, kind and genuine agent. My wife and I have bought and sold many properties and we have never dealt with anyone who comes close to the virtues he displays as a professional in his field. He truly works for the seller and he makes you feel like that throughout the whole sale including after sale service which in these days and times is often found lacking once the money has transferred hands.
