Gave an excellent first impression when we met to discuss sale of property. Alana prepared a very comprehensive and compelling description of the property and invited feedback - minimal changes required. House went on-line for sale on Thursday, open for inspection on Saturday and sold by Monday - 4 day turnaround - couldn't ask for anything better! Regular communication both by phone and on visits to the office. Showed a great knowledge of the market in the sales area. Also provided excellent advice in preparing the property for sale.
