The whole flat hunt has been exhausting, once I had identified this property however it all changed , Alex was great , personable for sure but very credible too. He was frank and honest about the property and I was filled with confidence at a time when I was most frustrated with the Sydney market Alex showed me the property privately during Covid - I signed the same day ! I can’t say I had the best experience with Alex selling my property, it was very average. The sale price was below my expectations and also below the price Alex said he could confidently get for the property. I received a verbal update once or twice a week however no written weekly or bi-weekly report that I’ve seen other agents produce. I had no visibility of foot traffic of various advertising channels e.g. Domain, Real Estate.com, agent website etc The auction had a small number of registered bidders and wasn’t very successful in my opinion due to low interest. Not a bad experience but not great either
