Alex was awesome . Brilliant friendly on time . He talked us through every step as we had never sold a house. Our house sold before it went to market . The advertisement for our house was lovely very professional. And not photo shopped etc for the grass as it is very dry here. He talked us through what would happen and worked with our conveyor I would use Alex again except we are moving out of area . Nothing I as to much trouble for this lovely gentleman . I even contacted him on weekends and after hours with my silly questions . Alex and the Conveyancing work as a team so as we sold we bought . Alex gets along with everyone and makes life very easy . We did talk to other agents and was not pleased with what they said . Alex even gave us tips too get max dollar. And to be very very truthful Alex got us 50 thousand more than the other two agents quote us Yes we got 20 thousand more than what we thought . People in this area if they don’t use Alex they are crazy It does not hurt to give a call and listen to what he says . We are very happy

I have dealt with Alex as a seller and also as a buyer and I have no hesitation in recommending him. Honesty is the quality that first comes to mind. What Alex says is how it is. You don't have to try and read any subtext. Alex is also is very reliable in getting back to you and he has never been hard to contact. Alex is willing to do the hard work to sell your property. We had a couple of buyers that backed off at the last minute but Alex didn't let that phase him. He just rolled up the sleeves and worked on the next inquiry. Alex also has astute local knowledge that is so important. From what I have seen I don't think you can find a better agent in the Muswellbrook / Upper Hunter area.
