We couldn't be happier with choosing Alex as the agent to sell our home. With his knowledge of the market, his professionalism & diligence in matching a buyer to our property, he achieved a sale in record time. Alex is a friendly, honest country guy, quick to reply & kept in touch with us all the way through the sale. Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Alex as the go-to agent in town.
Excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with!
My husband and I are making a tree change move from Sydney to the lovely Muswellbrook Shire and we had been liaising with a few agents to lock in our weekend inspections. Alex was the only agent we didn’t have to chase up, he responded promptly to the initial website request and then got back to any of our queries on the same day. After viewing 4 homes one Saturday, 2 with Alex and 2 with another RE, the difference between their organisation, knowledge and having the homes free of any current tenants made our tours worthwhile and enabled us to promptly start negotiations on one of Alex’s listings. We relied on Alex’s experience and strong knowledge of the area and processes to confidently buy the first home of our dreams. Not having dealt with Conveyancers, contracts and the like, Alex became our key contact in ensuring both parties were satisfied and with his constant follow up, this meant exchanging contracts within just over a week of our offer being accepted. We would highly recommend anyone looking to list or purchase in the Muswellbrook region to engage with Alex Bussell. We are now getting ready for the big move and can’t wait to catch up with Alex when we collect the keys. Thanks again for all your help!
Alex has been fantastic to deal with from the start, he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to contact. Alex isn’t your typical ‘pushy’ agent, he has been very understanding and accommodating to what I needed. I highly recommend Alex for any real estate matter.
Again I would have to say very professional very diligent and he's mannerism and handling the clients without a doubt he is a professional in his own right highly recommend Alex thank you very much for achieving my expectation ,....George
Alex was always so easy to deal with and provided constant, open communication. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and patient while he showed me several properties that may have suited my needs.
This is the second house that Alex has sold for us and both selling experiences were easy and hassle free. Alex is a friendly, efficient and savvy estate agent.
Alex, was great to deal with. Made life very easy & was extremely helpful. I would definitely engage Alex for my sale in the future.
Alex couldn't have made our experience as first home buyers any better, from the first house we looked at with him we could see he was genuine and great at his job. We are so glad Alex was our agent, and we will be recommending him to any future buyers. He was very easy going but also professional and caring, there was no pressure and he was there to help us, keeping both parties interest at heart at all times. Our experience was 100/10. Thank you Alex!
Choosing Alex to sell our home was an easy decision to make. From the initial meeting to exchanging contracts, his communication was constant and his guidance invaluable. His professional but personal approach made selling our home stress free. Alex has amazing knowledge of the area and market, and is a highly motivated agent. We can’t thank Alex enough for all his hard work and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He is definitely the agent to watch and I can’t recommend him enough.
Alex was spot on with the market appraisal and worked hard and to achieve a great result, flexibility with open house days and great support to present a lovely home for sale.
Alex was very thorough, professional and even when things where painful Alex had our backs the whole time and was chasing up important matters. Highly recommend
