Alex worked hard to get the best price in a depressed market. I had high expectations when I first listed my home but as time passed, l realised I missed the peak of the market by 3 months, from then on we were chasing a downward market with few buyers. Alex did the best he could with the the lack of buyers around. He is energetic and motivated, more than happy to recommend Alex. But his boss needs to give a discount to their fees due to the falling market, everyone is hurting and it would be a good will exercise.

To sell the house in this difficult market 2018- 2019 is a challenge task for me and Alex, however, with his help, the buyers are attracted to my property, Alex understanding of pros and cons of the property, the seller and the buyer situation well, he gathers all informations needed to make please for all involved parties, I truely like the way he treats in the selling process and wants to recommend him to any buyers or sellers in the future.
