From the get-go pricing the property for market, meetings with the current tenant, coordinating all appointments for sale, property work and prospective buyers with the tenant was handled efficiently by Alex. Although some delays occurred complying with council requirements, Alex stayed on top of time frames in order to finalise everything to settlement.
