My wife and I recently relocated from Brisbane to the beach side twin towns of Forster-Tuncurry NSW. We were looking to purchase a home and had a number of criteria and a budget to work within. After making email contact with several local agents we received a call from Alex offering to show us around the area and show us a few properties that might meet our requirements. We spent several hours with Alex and learned a lot about the local market, pros and cons of various locations and other aspects of local knowledge we found very useful. At our request Alex arranged private inspections for several properties, including the one we eventually purchased. We found Alex to be very knowledgeable about the properties he was presenting, but also, when he didn't know the answer, or wasn't 100% sure, he said so and followed it up.
