We recently purchased a property that was being marketed by Alex Jacobs (JKL). We found Alex to be very approachable and authentic in all of our dealing with him. We approached Alex to facilitate a private opening and he was only too accommodating. He was on time and spent 90 minutes with us, running us through the property features and discussing the market in Forster. He was very unassuming and made sure he listened to every query we had. Alex then proactively engaged with us as we travelled home to Sydney, providing information updates and answers to our queries. He then spent the next 2 days engaging with us. He made sure that we didn't have a single outstanding query and showed high integrity during our negotiations. At no time did we feel that Alex was anything less than 100% genuine in all of his dealings with us - he was never pushy and we never felt that he was playing games at anytime. We bought the property within 3 days of it being listed. So we would engage Alex to sell our property - absolutely! We have dealt with a number of Forster agents over the past 12 months and Alex was a standout. There are a lot of agents in Forster, and on the main, we would rate our experiences with them as poor. If I were selling a property, I would want Alex to represent me as his authenticity and integrity is what will get buyers comfortable enough to cross the line and complete the sale.
