We recently purchased a property that was being marketed by Alex Jacobs (JKL). We found Alex to be very approachable and authentic in all of our dealing with him. We approached Alex to facilitate a private opening and he was only too accommodating.  He was on time and spent 90 minutes with us, running us through the property features and discussing the market in Forster. He was very unassuming and made sure he listened to every query we had.  Alex then proactively engaged with us as we travelled home to Sydney, providing information updates and answers to our queries.  He then spent the next 2 days engaging with us.
