I’ve bought a number of properties off Alex in the last couple of years. He has always been able to be contacted outside of normal hours and returns those calls as a matter of priority. He deals quite well and as the vendors interest as he’s upmost priority which I respect. He’s very transparent and accommodating. He can put the deal together effectively. I have no fear when purchasing through him, he tells it like it is without playing games. Vendors are in good hands.
