After enduring a long and unsuccessful campaign with another agent in the lead-up to the 2019 federal election, we were at our wit’s end wondering why our beloved and bespoke home hadn’t sold. We set out to inspect the competition, and met Alex Jordan at one of his open homes. We were immediately impressed by his honesty and candour – Alex quickly demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the local property market, and we felt at ease with him. We invited Alex to take a look at our property, and his construction knowledge and eye for quality was most notable – he picked up expensive details that other agents had not – and we knew he’d be the right person to sell our home. Once we had made the decision to sign with Alex, he didn’t disappoint. He was positive, reassuring and remarkably ‘on the ball’ for every step of our marketing process, and we quite liked the silent database campaign he commenced with. We also quite liked his team of people, which is important given that he can’t do it all, and I can honestly say we were never disappointed. After a few short weeks with multiple inspections, we decided to put the property back online – and Alex sold it at the first open house, for the exact price we had all agreed on in the initial paperwork. It was a tremendous result for us, after a long and tumultuous year, and we owe that eventual success to Alex Jordan. It’s since been a whirlwind few weeks of packing, moving, exhaustion, unpacking and re-adjusting our entire family (moving house is never fun!), but Alex has stayed in touch along the way, proving he’s not a one-hit wonder when all is sold and settled. We have no doubt that Alex Jordan is an exceptional sales agent, and we highly recommend him for unwavering service – and of course, brilliant results.
