Alex helped us purchase 1/2 28 premier st Neutral Bay, We have been looking for a long time to secure another property. We knew this property was the one when we arrived on the first opening and agreed that we wanted to make and offer. We put Alex under allot of pressure, we presented a strong offer straight up after the first open day and asked him to present this offer to the owners. Alex stuck to his word and helped us out. We had been in this position many times and lost many properties due to agents insisting on waiting for all party's to have the opportunity to make an offer and using our offer as a baseline to shop around! We asked Alex to seal the deal by 4pm on Monday leaving Saturday afternoon \ Sunday and Monday to call around. We feel that if the house would have gone to auction we would have missed out again so we are very grateful that Alex worked with us to secure this property. It was unlikely that other parties were going to be able to be ready on Monday and Alex helped us remain in the front seat in the negotiations. We have also requested to gain access to the property before Settlement and this has been granted helping us get it setup for when we take ownership, all of these things add up and we are very happy with Alex and would use McGrath again to Buy\Sell and property in the future as we have before ( Sold 4\114 spit rd Mosman)

We could not be happier with the service provided by Alex. He was spot on with his appraisal of our property. He knows the area, whats selling and why and he knows his buyers. They were lined up the street to get in. He walked us through the whole process and helped us prepare the property to get the best results, including finding tradesmen to get the place looking 'schmick'. We had a huge first open house and 3 offers by Monday. The property was sold on Monday afternoon (5 days after going online), for a great price. Alex was professional, friendly and courteous. We were constantly updated and he managed our 2 tenants with respect and understanding and made what could be a difficult process much easier for all involved.
