Alex was a pleasure to deal with and gave an impression of honesty and transparency throughout the process, which gave a sense of confidence. Searching for a house for over a year, I dealt with almost every real estate agent on the lower north shore at some point and Alex was one of the few agents interested in building a rapport with buyers. This made him a pleasure to speak to and deal with and I expect leads to sellers getting a better price for their properties (I certainly didn't underpay for mine). This attitude of treating buyers well seems to run throughout the agency (David Murphy Residential) and was refreshingly different to most other agents and agencies (who - as a general rule - called incessantly, forgot what I had said, and were less than transparent/honest in their dealings). Would recommend.
